Shoot, I was really hoping to see an option to set a sell-side stop that triggers on crossing instead of less-than That way I could set up a profit taker limit sale that doesn't trigger until a certain price

I am confused I put a stop limit sell order recentlybrbrBTC was trading around 9700brThe stop price I put in was 9583brThe limit price I entered was 9432brbrNow the stop price was triggered cause BTC dropped to 9572, about 10 below the stop pricebrbrPrice however never dropped to 9432so why was my BTC sold at 9432?brbrThanks for any help

Thanks for the great video I have a question though which confuses me When I do a SL Order and I fill the amount with my entire balance why do I get an insufficient funds error message when I put my limit price in? Surely it just means the amount purchased is less Why are funds needed in my account for this to go through, is it to cover fees?

Hi Deeplizard, thank you for the excellent videos I recently tried placing a limit buy as the market was going up but my limit continuously got pushed down by other buyers So if the value was $5 and I placed a buy at that amount all of a sudden $550 would appear and push my limit buy down the order book Anyways, with a buy stop limit can I place the stop above the spread so I don't lose a buying opportunity? Hope that makes sense Thanks!

I did a limit-stop transaction on GDAX today, I specified the stop price and the limit price ($200 lower), it got triggered when the BTC price dropped to the stop price, but it charged me $1050 fee Why is that? I thought the stop-limit orders were treated as limit order with no fees Is that not correct?
