The enhanced learning growth vat mod makes growth vats decent, you have a technology that speeds up growth vat learning so the pawn isnt completely useless when it comes out You have the default setting which gives no growth (i think) and an even range of skills, labor suite which focuses on crafting, construction, plants and animals Combat suite gives melee, shoot, medical, construction and mining Both labor and combat suites give 3-5 growth tiers per growth stage Leadership suite give intellectual, medical, social, and art skills, as well as 5-7 growth tiers per growth stage The play suite gives very little skill, similar to vanilla growth vats, but gives max growth tierbrIts a surpisingly balances mod imo
