guys iam using sapphire vapor x r9 280x but in chapter 2 i donot exceed 25 fps and there is some artifacts in the game also iam using it on 720p monitor :( :(

If you guys plan getting an R9 280X, I suggest you get the Sapphire Vapor X It has a vapour cooling system, but the VGA still goes up to 70 Celsius That means that normal ones probably go well beyond 80 CelsiusbrI am NOT certain, that's why I'm RECOMMENDING :)

I think this card will last in the future because it's better than a PS4 Graphics card which is the equivalent of a Radeon HD 7870, so I think the R9 280x will do well in the future

With FXAA its a solid 60fps maybe a quick drop to 58-59 that's about it If you have V-Sync on of course

Hmm strange I have a i5 4570 and a r9 280x but when I try this part of the game, My frames drop to the mid 30's in some parts That's with v sync off btw and with the same settings would could be the problem?

do a google search for power supply calculator or PC PSU calculator, you should have quite a few links which can help a lot if you are unsure, also worth noting is to make sure the PSU has good clean power delivery and dont be fooled by cheap non branded PSU's stay well clear of those

It isn't really necessary to do that for this card It might get up to 70 at points, but that won't really make a difference on a 60hz monitor But, I understand if you just want to know out of curiosity

I love my saphire 7970ghz gonna get a 280x or another 7970 depending on what priced i find in a month My card idles at 29-30C and stays around 60 gaming but never higher than 65C The only complaint some reviewers have is the noise but it never gets hot enough to get loud Maybe if your running taxing benchmarks thats it
