Honestly I got the playstation for once because I've been an Xbox user for the past 3 generations and I felt like changing, and I'm glad I did, it feels great! I didn't check the specs or the exclusives when I bought it all though i am a little sad that Starfield will only be on Xbox

Both are a generation away from becoming obsolete The software is now so far ahead of the hardware that both buckle with just a few games on them I think it's possible that by the end of this generation, you're going to be looking at gaming consoles that can't even store one game I'd learn to love Steam and desktops again The majority of major releases are games you play over and over and over again They're not single player experiences or games you can juggle So imagine sitting in front of a console and finding out you need to make a trip to the store for 4 or 5 SSD or HHD drives priced at $150 a pop At that point, the computer starts to look like the simpler solution Grab a 5 TB drive desktop, large curved screen, and pair a comfortable console controller to it Playstation and Xbox not needed
