Yeahhh making that list is about as far as I’m getting with prioritizing things The execution is the issue I think for me it’s once I start something I’m not satisfied until it’s finished and I know it’s going to consume me so I wait until I have no choice but to do it and let it consume me for way less time than it would have otherwisebrbrI would LOVE to be able to do my projects little by little and be satisfied with having an end to my day, a stopping point, and just being able to put it down without it being complete Comment from : @AstridChaote |

I have impression that ADHD caused procrastination is different that the one anxious people struggle withI find anxiety provoking fear of starting a task, while adhd based is rather a long, 'painful' work and struggle to complete it Anyone've realised it too, or it's just my impression or a singular case?
