Tbh I used all sorts of cables to do it and was so frustrated I tried a Samsung cable and it worked 😂 try to get an original damaging cable

I fixed this issue by just using a data cord, not all cords that fit the remote will sync it to the PlayStation! Tried everything, this is what works

Using another controller, go to devices and use the bluetooth method by holding the share and ps buttons at the same time and the controller ur struggling with will appear
