The ending to this show is brilliant, but I've always disliked how Ray was the second to last person to leave To me, Ray was always kind of crazy, but never in a psychopathic weirdo way He coped with the horrible shit he'd seen in his own way, which was mostly to babble about inane nonsense He, along with the baby faced lieutenant whose name I can't remember and the back-tattooed sergeant who rode in the same jeep were the most level headed of the bunch, but he stuck around to watch the horrors of the tape until just the psychopath murderer-to-be was the only one left Maybe that was the point though, you don't really know how people were affected by the horrors they witnessed and carried out
