The main reason for the blur is shutter speed (not fps), try to set shutter speed to 1/250 sec @ 30 fps

Traditionally 24fps aka "cinematic" is the frame rate you see most commonly used in movies When something is filmed @ 30fps it looks more, how do I say this, I guess lifelike or in realtime When you watch movies, particularly action movies and you see that slower smooth motion, thats because the are normally shot at higher rates and played back at 24fps The faster the scene, the higher the recording frame rate In the end, it all ends up at 24 for that cinematic look and feel

60fps is meant to be played back at 30fps or less thats the whole idea of slow motion recording

i use 60d too, ive notice too that shooting 1080p in the 60d do not biring a good motion quality image not smooth 720p its okai had someone been able to finetune their camera 1080p for a good and smooth video ?
