Wither mining is faster On easy mode the wither is so manageable and it just clears so much that it's absolutely the fastest method Remember to have fire resistance potions for the lava that's uncovered Also, soul sand biomes have way more than the others

At 8:40 you actually exposed more blocks by mining compared to TNT, its not just about blocks mined/blown up

Math on blocks exposed via TNT vs mining is wrong only due to the fact as you progress one block further in your mine you're revealing 6 adjacent blocks (plus the two you mine) for a total of 8 To reveal the 216 blocks you get from TNT, the mine only needs to be 27 blocks deep deep (or 54 blocks mined total)

I find ancient debris far faster by lining up a dozen tnt and blowing it all up at once A mob farm is easy to build and it doesn't take long to get a bunch of gunpowder
