zen literally uses the default keybind excpet for directional air roll

If you have directional air roll on, I would not reccomend having powerslife on the same button Actually makes your recoveries worse

It’s so confusing playing with powerslide on the trigger with air roll, maybe I just need to get used to it but it makes so much more sense to me having it as one of the buttons on the front

I've played thousands of hours, I honestly think the switch to new controller bindings is too much to me I can't both learn directional air roll and a new controller scheme at the same time, and I don't have the luxury of unlimited time to just practice non-stop And I play claw, so honestly managing boost and air roll has never really been an issue for me before

What if you move jump to the back instead of boost, so your thumb, the “smartest” finger on your hand, has all the control of feathering boost

I use L2 as airroll so when i go of the wall i start airrolling so my slide on my airroll not a good idea for when i ride backwards

I was shook when I saw you had throttle and brake on your L stick I switched to PC (originally tried the game on switch) because I wanted analog triggers so I could dribble easier haha (Switch only supports digital triggers) I would’ve tried your binds first instead!

Have you a tip for people like me, that cant use manual air roll i mean i can as long as im just doing ground play but once im in the air, i cant my manual air roll take priority instead of directionnal air roll and it fuck me up so much that i juste removed the manual air roll (despite enjoying recovering with it)

I advise against boost on bumpers/triggers its easier to hit it when you dont need to and youll naturally have a much harder time with boost management

I will disagree with this a little and say do what is comfortable for you i have a Xbox controller and I have my boost on A because that is what was used for nos is the need for speed games so it was comfortable but all in all not a bad idea

I jump with left bumper, boost with joystick left up, powerslide on left trigger, change cam with square, all air rolls on right trigger and move the car with right trigger These are my settings except i play on kbm

I'm c2, I can fast Aerial and suchand I still fat finger boost and jump I haven't ever had a problem with pressing both buttons at once, so I hope that means I won't need to change it

I feel like this doesn't apply to claw players As a claw player myself rebinding boost isn't useful Bounding powerslide to your directional air roll is very helpful though

I agree with the air roll and powerslide one but i habe air roll on R1 and L1 since ur fingers are always there thats the standard gaming stance and wjth the circle one idk its comfortable for me like that

If you’re using controller move boost to the left of the four buttons I think it’s square for ps4 and x for Xbox you can rock your thumb between boost and jump and easily access your cam as well
