My hair was falling out in clumps when my anemia got to critical levels AND I developed a vitamin d deficiency It was horrible As soon as i got my blood work done, got my vitamin d and iron levels up and took my health seriously my hair transformed instantly The thinning hair was a lost cause but the new hair growing in grew in denser, stronger and with a tighter curl ever before Taking care of our health is so critical for healthy hair, skin, nails, etc So glad you touched on the anemia part!!

Found out I had chronic anemia last year I've been on and off hemoglobin pills (tbh I don't take my supplements as often and consistently as I should ☹️) I need to be more consistent because it could affect mr negatively in future

I have just started my hair journey I am 45 years old I hope age doesn't hinder my journey to natural hair I have always worn extantion or weaves and Am now tired as everytime I take my hair out the breakage is unbearable it doesn't look healthy many years I convinced myself it's in my DNA it will never grow!
