Need make sure haven't got it on pause but when update make sure all application program,s closed or won,t update one thing never attempt is force shut down get back on but can corrupt disk drive if ever get messages says remove hardware on window,s 10 mean,s need update microsift vissial disapear,sonce u complete hope this help,s other can be Internet while downloading but some can take while not unusual when add bigger feature,s just got give it time sort it self out
