I just thought of one more solution: what if the person in the back just say what color the person right in front of them is?! The first guess can be wrong, but the rest of them will be right, so at least 90 of them can guess correctly @ted-ed we need to talk about my ted presentation now

Kinda complicated soloution, if theres 10 ppl and you need 9/10 right, why not agree to "guess" the color of the hat infront of you, everyone ahead of you knows the color now, and you have a 50/50 on the first person, no guessing required too
