One that I ran into: I had a ? Block in one of my levels that had a vine in it, which the player was meant to climb up But my playtester actually ground-pounded the block, making the vine go down instead of up, resulting in a softlock It never occurred to me that this was a thing Remember, ALWAYS PLAYTEST!

I think that the only bad softlocks are softlocks after checkpoints If you get softlocked before checkpoint, you can easily restart the level
