Apply the law in place when this atrocity occurred As much as we would like to justify any and all penalties that may be levied against the defendants, we should not allow our prejudices to bend in favor of the DA The witnesses have lacked credibility relative the acts of all parties involved They call themselves friends to the deceased, yet did not come to the aid of Ethan while he was still alive but instead ran The Commentator/Reporter should do a better job in doing his job without showing bias Stick to the facts and the law Repeatedly reported, just waiting on expert witness and/or forensic evidence to show time in which Ethan died Anything that occurred afterwards while cruel and senseless, it is nullified

When you go around looking for a confrontation and you get into one, too bad for you The moral of the story is keep your hands (and weapons, real or whatever) to yourself The fact that they didn't just do this as a "drive by", and Ethan got out in his mask, shows they were looking for trouble, no matter how much they are trying to downplay that now with the jury Ethan thought his boys would have his back, but he found out they were lily-livered
