Technically, Damon couldve won the duel, I say technically because on the penultimate turn, Damon destroyed wroutweiler, it's effect only activates when it's sent to the grave, however, drawlers effect makes it so the destroyed monster goes to the bottom of jadens deck, thus it wouldn't have activated its effect once destroyed Also, if Damon focused hard enough, he could've defeated jaden using his traps effect, but got to focused on defeating jaden through battle not by card effect

Flamewingman's special ability wouldn't inflict any damage as the effect goes off on the destroyed monster and Drawler has 0 ATK in the graveyard since that is its base ATKbrbrJaden would probably still win but on his next turn since he could attack Doran and its ATK would be enough to finish Damon

Mosta main characters in this series are basically just a new versions of original series character, like Jaden being new Yugi, Chazz being new Seto Kaiba or Bastian being new Tristan or Alexis new version of both Tea and Serenity The only original series character that doesn't really have a direct counterpart is Joey Wheeler, even though his role is obviously played by Syrus in this seriesbrI always saw Damon as new version of Mai Valentine as he uses similar strategy to her in guessing what cards he will draw next However, unlike Mai, who as we all know usually cheats when doing this, Damon plays it fairly
