I started to get discouraged when i would not burn the amount of calories advertised but i found out these workouts tend to help your metabolism up your oxygen intake and burn fat hrs after the workout So that might be it! Plus the amount of water and energy after doing these so amazing

This is amazing I tried this workout and I thought I was imagining my stomach looking so defined now I don't know how much I burn each time I do it But, I have def lost centimetres Am more defined, the arms, the core, and my bum looks amazing💕💕brP S I don't think you would burn 600calsyour body was just a few inches out if anything but you look amazing after with a toned stomach There was nothing much to lose❤️

How many calories you burn is a function of your age, weight, physical fitness, and the effort you put forth So them advertising it as burning 600 calories is super misleading for a large part of the population who probably burns way less than that 😐

Don’t be discouraged that you didn’t burn 600 cals!! You did great❤️brbrI used to be so upset about burning way less calories than a workout projected But I recently found out that being a petite woman does effect how many calories you burn even with working out (I’m 5’2”)
