Started doing this from today along with some abs workout So let's gooooobrMeasurements: waist-30 inches, lower belly-37inches and upper thighs (Saddlebags)- 24inchesbrDAY-1: MY OH MY ! I'm sweating like a goddamn pig Can't walk but I got the job done I tried the Alexis Ren ab workout (Only half bc today is my first day)brDay-2: I'm sweating again (More than usual) My legs and stomach hurts and I completed the alexis ren abs workout so I'm good br(LIKE FOR UPDATES)brDay-3: Completed this along w the alexis ren workout, I'm sweating but not as much (I'm kinda getting the hang of it, but I still take some breaks cuz I'm a human) (:brDay-4: Couldn't workout bc I was busy w fam plus no diet whatsoever
