Damn I cried when my future self hugged me and stroked my cheek w her hand She had on this red dress and hat to match so I couldn’t really see her face Her hair was done and she had these golden bracelets on We sat down at the beachit was golden hour so the sky was looking purplish orange She started saying that I’m going to be ok and that she’s a singer That’s when I got super emotional and started bawling and asked her: do you really??? I saw myself in this pink dress that I already have, but I I was glowing and laughing telling me that I would be so happy and that I would feel safe again and to keep going, don't loose hope, never give up I was at a trainstation and I saw my boyfriend and he and me were smiling Later I saw myself with a baby that I was so proud of and was constantly walking in parks with her taking pictures of me and her, the baby was a girl Also my future self said you will be happy, you will be happy, over and over again and also that I will overcome this im struggling with now and be fitter than I was before It was so strange cause my future self kept laughing and smiling and the bright yellow aura around her even though me right now is never smiling or laughing I hope this comes true 💕 Comment from : @haberti

Hey Michael here I am 6 years after I did this hypnosis to myself (at the time I wasn’t sure if it really worked) anyway at that time I was I deep pain and in a dark place living in my home country Albania During the hypnosis I saw myself (not the face) in a white summer dress at the airport looking classy and chic and I meet a man 2 year after I meet my husband at an airport and now I live in Florida… just wanted to share 💕 Comment from : @redarotta6838

So, I’ve just finished this and oh my god As soon as I saw my future self I started crying happy tears and felt extreme excitement and overwhelming happiness I remember seeing myself wearing a light blue jumper and grey track pants It felt so welcoming, calm and beautiful My future self was telling me that I was gonna go through something really bad and possibly traumatic He said that I was gonna be in a very controlling relationship I asked how my future self is now and they said they’re ok and happy with someone much better with a happier life Thank you so much, I felt so drawn to this video and I just had to listen to it Comment from : @wademifsud7046

Honestly, I'm so happy My future self looked happy, felt happy and carried themselves with courage I struggle with self-confidence, and they radiated that! He was thin (I've been wanting to slim down) but he was thin, wearing joggers with stripes at the side, a white t-shirt that rolled up sleeves, i noticed he had tattoos, and a lot of them, basically same haircut, but he worked at the same job that i have now A new passion of mine became the gym, working out and being healthybrbrWhen i hugged him, he hugged me with such huge energy He told me "you struggled with your confidence, but don't worry Adrian!
