I don't agree sir If we have a back up Longer loan is good because 1) the value of property increases 5-6 times in 25 years but payment to bank is just 2-3 times 2) paying 3000 more for 20 years is not better than paying 12 lakh in 25 years because difference is only 6-7 lakhs and during extended 5 years value of money will be extremely low , if we instead invest this 3000 in some Rd for 25 years , it will bear more than 12 lakhs which we want to save Loan is a business opportunity Comment from : Saurav Mudgal |
