fps show nothing, but when play with overloaded one core, some place lagging, so just before play we have to be sure no1 core load 100, and use the trick, so again, don't look at fps, just do it Comment from : einherz |

Setting affinity isn't enough because you don't know which cores are physical and which ones are hyperthreaded, instead, disable hyperthreading! much better performance! Comment from : Bill Grant |

Very strange fix Not a huge improvement but it's better than nothing for sure, and means that core won't be pinned which will benefit some setups better than others But that's the one thing that really sucks with older games and I wish devs would go back and fix, is that optimization can be a bit iffy on newer hardware, but I think some issue can be API related so it's not easy to fix and they wouldn't want to fix it either on old games Comment from : Zodiac011 |
