Oh boy So the easiest way is go to the US mint The buffalo coin is purest so that has the best "value" You should always buy proof!! The buffalo if you bought the first year and sent out for grading almost doubled in value So there is a numismatic value Most American people do not care about other countries coins! Buy what you can afford from the US mint directly Purchase proof and keep in case
