Di toxic ang mga kaworkmate ko I am happy to work with them kaso financial naman ang problema kasi sobrang baba ng sahod di nakakaipon kasi same process lang uutang at uutang ka pa rin kasi nga kulang ang sahod halos wala natitira sakin sa workload naman magaan lang ang work di ka naman mapapagod ng todo kasi nga nakaupo naman

I decide to resign ako hindi lang dahil sa mga toxic co-workers pero hindi lang yun nagkataon din na may offer yung karibal na company na pinapasukan ko kay plano ko talaga umalis kung walang offer yung kabila kahit papano nakakayanan ko pa naman iniisip ko nalng mga Hangin lang sila sa paligid ko ang focus nalng sa ginagawa ko ayaw ko kasi makipag plastikan kalo na sa mga katrabaho na patalikod bumanat

been working in the BPO company for 4 yrs, No promotion, No Growth, No Salary Increase, I don't hate my co-workers tbh they are like a family to me already, but the situation is fixed salary from the begining to now gives me a lot of stress, I don't find any joy, and purpose in working there anymore, my mental health worsen as time goes by
