Okay I still have leftovers that’s are highly fatty things😅 I gained a few lbs 😩 BUT, I’m gonna start being serious and will be switching to a plant based diet (I think) Just a quick question, if I do switch to a plant based diet, how can I get proteins? Like do I get myself a protein shake? I mean I can watch all the diet and exercise videos but I can’t really go to the gym and hire a trainer to actually assess my health and to teach me how to lose with properly☹️brOr do I just start jump roping or random routine at home?
