when you're tall and skinny almost nothing looks good on you, most people can just put on a generic T shirt and look fine, but me if i just put on a generic T shirt i look awkward , i'm 32 and i look like an awkward teenager, i have to wear very specific clothes in order to not look awkward

I've never been insecure about being on the thin side (6'0" and 175lbs), but I'm still glad to have finally learned that I've been doing it wrong all my life Haha I've always worn slightly baggy clothing, and always being sort of disappointed that it didn't make me look a little more fit Recently started following these types of tips, and it definitely makes a difference :D

or start being in a caloric surplus of 500-1000 calories a day with enough proteins and stop cardio (most of it) and start lifting weights compound or isolated you`ll still be insecure if you`re skinny and don`t want to be so no clothes will help you there
