Thanks for this video! this is the only video on YT showing this issue, and I thought this could be the solution for my MBP Mid 2017 I've checked the battery and some of them got inflate, so I decided to mount a new battery from aftermarket, but even with a new one I still have the problem I think is useless to go to Apple only to be told the problem is the logic board Comment from : arangondor |

I came across your vidéo because I’m facing the same problem right now and I was looking for solutions Don’t know how to thank you, before coming here I opened my mid 2015 MacBook Pro and cleaned everything and every part in it thinking maybe it’s dust or something similar I’ll just shop another battery and replace it, thanks a lot brbrNow I do know Apple don’t sell spare parts as other manufacturers; so my question is do I need the serial number and/or model number of my MBP15 to buy the new battery or I can just go to a shop and ask for the battery of MBP15 in general ?
