Hello, I see you are using a single 30amp braker with 10 gauge cables Im using a double 30amp with 10 gauge cables and the meter box does not want to turn on When I switched to a 20amp braker with 12gauge cables for testing purposes it came on Is a double 30amp braker too much for the meter box?
