i wonder how you guys use these for GPU or other12v just solder the connection wire to any random spot on the output 12v rail? or use some kind of clips?

Mark ecklund some of these supplies will turn on by just jumping the two terminals 33 and 36 I hink check for sure I'm right on numbers so all you have to do is add a switch Just thumb through other psu modifications videos some are doing that mod

Fan speed is Current Sensitive, more current faster the fan blows

Today I actually picked up a pair of the HP 750s you showed before finding your channel I plan on using them as benchtop 12v Supplies (RC Hobby and what have you) I was wondering if you have taken the HP apart far enough to see if there are leads to connect a power on/off switch Not a fan of leaving it plugged in and REMEMBERING to unplug after use:(

I have a PSU similar to the first one you opened up I want to mod it so it has a larger fan Trying to decide if it is best to take top off and blow a fan directly down onto the guts, or if I should create a downsized air funnel and keep pumping the air through the unit If anyone has any thoughts regarding this, please let me know! hey men!!!!bri have a couple of psus like the 1st one you open on the video ( the HP ),and i use them in series to power up a rc charger at 24 voltsmy problem is that one of them seems not to power upthe led doesnt come to "on"i can hear a relay that moves and the fan starts butno power any idea??i have checked everything i thing of but nothingit would be wonderful if you have any ideabrthanks in advance men!!

thanks nick for the replyi tried many time to increase the voltage, i made it and got 1385v with help of an resistor but when i start the power supply on load so its again come to 125voltsi dont know that hoe can i get real 1385v under load as well
