I know this is old and I am late to the party but for optimal on the smaller wind Turbines they need to be at least 8 blocks high and 8 blocks apart from each other and actually should be facing the vertical position as well because gravity does affect their function when placed horizontally For each block lower to the ground and closer together they start to lose their max output exponentiallybr brThe Large wind turbine which has over a megawatt of output, like 15 megawatt's, it needs to be at least 25 meters high I believe for optimum output, but I like it at least 30 meters highbrbrI wish you had turn off the lights on the miner when it was charging because let's face it every ounce of power counts when charging!

For future viewers 8 blocks between wind turbines gives you optimal for power

Also, you were wondering how long your ship could stay in the air for @7:20 and on the bottom right it shows how much hydrogen you have left and how long your power will last at current usage So it would stay in the air for 44 minutes if you just let it hover

Wind turbines always 8 blocks away from each other and other blocks unless doing the T pattern

why you not use blueprints ? mean easyer and faster build bryes i know its Survivalbrand wind turbines needs higher 10 blocks for best power max out

You can leave your helmet visor closed all the time - the suit draws from outside air automatically (and even refills) if possible Was an update in the last year or so

Just Raise the Turbines up and separate them better, Uses less materials I have had a hard time with lightning and the weather Some places on this planet are just brutal Good designing on the Drop pod

This is how I play mostly, try with only 3 clips for your gun Its like the floor is lava, haha Spiders give alot of resources, sometimes 400 plus steel plates Gotta find magnesium for bullets to feed interior turrets You get good at killing them with a grinder
