You have to turn off the console using the power button and hold it for 7 seconds,wait 3-5 hours and boom it works

Connect it with your usb cord this happens when you connect control with your phone I used it and it connected

Avoid all this 99 percent of the time is you need a Micro USB data transfer cord not just any USB cord will work controller needs to transfer data to ps4 and cant do it if its just a charger power micro usb cord

You have to hard reset the console I’ve been struggling with this for weeks, Hold the power button down (when the console is on) for 10 seconds wait until the second beep The console will completely shut down I let it sit for 5 min than turned it back on, plugged my controller in and hit the ps4 button and for a second it showed the white light and than quickly turned to blue Hope this helps!

To fix the issue u can get a tooth pick and stick it in the small hole behind the ps4 located at the top right corner and hold for 3 to 4 seconds Next hold the ps4 button and share together for pairing mode and it should work
