Make sure to use a data/syncing usb cable not a charging only usb cable brIt don’t need to be official ps4 usb just any data usb I tried every single method before I bought the data cable

We had this problem at firstcouldn't get the controller to pair up with the systemit ended up to be the cord that came with the controllerI guess it wasn't built for pairing in mindI ended up having to use a different longer cord and as soon as I plug in the new cord into the system and controller it worked almost instantly

I know this vid is 3 years old but it's the line, the chunkier ones work best, i was using a thinner line before but i used a chunkier one and it connected no problem
