Biotin works but I found it works best in bursts like 7 days on 3 days off etc and yes literally grows faster but slows down without a rest

My hair has grown 5 inches since quarantine began, which is crazy! I attribute the growth to avoiding anything stressful to my hair I let it air dry, don't style, brush my hair before bed and give myself a little scalp massage I also take sun chlorella but I am not sure that has anything to do with it
