Good tips RN here Be careful with taking prenatal vitamins if you’re not pregnant Check out Mayo Clinic’s advice against it Too much iron, zinc, folic acid can actually deplete other vitamins and make you B12 deficient Better to have healthy diet and a good multivitamin

Good tips but you don’t necessarily have to take prenatal vitamins Just take a multivitamin, it has everything And biotin contrary to popular belief, will not work for most people because most people aren’t deficient in biotin, and it hasn’t been proven to promote hair growth The best vitamins for hair would be B-complex, Vitamin D, Zinc and Iron
