30 fps looks ok until you play the game at 60 fps I've been playing this game at 30 fps from the last 7 years on console but recently I played it at 60fps on my gaming pc and it felt like a remastered game, everything felt more responsive, the cars felt faster, driving and shooting is a lot more fun at 60fps first person Not only was 60 fps smoother but it also enhanced the feeling of the game I was only at the first several missions and I looked at a ps4 gameplay video and I can't believe it looked stuttery, it looked like it was slowed down video, and yet I was playing it as normal from the last 7 years

For those dont see much difference,slow down the video at 025x you can see at 30fps the stutter every frame while 60fps still runs smoothly

I've played with an old Pentium laptop at easily 30 fps in everything Even completed all the GTA IV campaign at 10 - 15 fps, but damn Now having a gamer PC I even notice when it lows to 50 an with shooters that's the line between wining a battle or not
