Hello I got booted(my wifi was turned off by another person) today and the person used something called ''booster panel'' (stressthemto/booter) That person managed to tell me my ip address and the name of my Internet provider Also he turned off my wifi about 5-6 times Could you please advice me how to make him unable to boot me anymore? As someone who goes into people's homes and businesses to install and repair internet, I wish there was away to prove to the end user that the ISP speed is within spec until it's loaded own by devices, especially apps like Google photos, iCloud, OneDrive, etc The first 2 seem to just max out the upstream while syncing, which as I understand it causes buffer bloat (?) effectively killing the internet connection
