You must be confident in your self If the interviewer or recruiter know you are good in English or have a self confidence they will not put you in a hard situation like mock call or assessment I always got interview through calls and initial interview always passed I don't always go on site Lmao sayang ang pamasahe😂 Now 5 BPo nag contact sa akin offering a salary start ASAP daw shempre don tayo sa mas malaki pero di toxic masyado😂 Yung isa Bpo pina punta ako sa site pina demo how to sell this pen to me at na impressed young interviewer Di nmn ako magaling msyado mag English tama lang dapat kasi self confidence At wag kabahan Always watch tutorials sa youtube self study sa youtube Always watch mockcall at how to speak English or enhance or broaden your English vocabulary Mahirap kasi alam natin ang word pero di natin ma express masyado sa english kasi di natin alam Kaya yun lng will 3 months experience lang ako sa BPO pero marami nako alam kasi sa kakanuon at self study ko Yun lang tsagaan lang talaga Same kami ni kuya mag salita dati😅 nag rerecord din kasi ako at pinupuna ko ano mali at dapat e enchance GOODLUCK PO SA LAHAT NAG BABALAK Mag call center Lahat tayo ay walang experience sa una pero pag pursigido yakang yaka yan "KAYA NGA NG IBA IKAW PA KAYA" 🎉

can somebody kindly answer me do they notify you through email if you failed the final stage? i think i did well sa final interview naman, but the mock call i wasn't confident bc they didn't notify me properly ahead of time abt the account and the prompt that we were going to perform i was taken aback on the spot

Pwede po malaman bakit failed siya sa interview? Dahil po ba yun sa pronunciation niya? Or sa grammar niya?
