1st call you could've asked for NPI or Tax ID ng provider, failed agad sa HIPAA Type of benefits being inquired should've been identified first Observe minimum necessarybrbr2nd Call - You provided information right away pertaining to facility before asking NPI or Tax ID, failed HIPAA again and asking it from a member? $80 copayment but to what procedure?brbr3rd call - Better if we verify instead of confirming the period of the patient taking his medication
