Still using a 3770K with a 5700XT I can play everything, including VR brbrI will be upgrading this black friday, but honestly, it's not for gaming, it's more for being able to do more things at once, and the 3770K is starting to show it's age there

So why exactly would the majority of people care about overclocked processors? My 3770 is not overclocked And i am not planning to Since i want it not too burn too quickly but be reliable Now this review is worth crap for me And i would say for most people using the same processor How about just running it normally?

The i7 3700 is bottlenecking the GPU Also you have an PCIE 3 CPU and a PCIE 4 GPU You are leaving a lot of performance on the table

I'm literally running a i5-3330 its weaker than i7 3770k by a lot so even this old chip is still a massive upgrade for me and i just ordered the rx6600

And this guy acts like you just buy a cpu to upgrade from a 3770k is he living in fantasy land? You need ALL new MB, RAM, CPU etc Not just a cpu So its a bit more involved than just buying cpu and swapping it br3770k have one with a 3060ti and it does fine in 2023 with 240hz Alienware (No gsync on, vsync OFF) no tearing and 60 fps is just fine

This is actually a fantastic coincidence I currently run a 3770k at 45 ghz with 32gigs of 2400mhz ram and an overclocked Vega 56 I was actually looking at a 6700xt as part of a final upgrade before putting my rig out to pasture and this gave me all the numbers I needed :)

Yeah i have a PC with a 3770k which i'm using it as an Emulator gaming purposes, i mostly get the results i need from playing PS2 N64 Dreamcast and even some Switch games it can do well, but for modern gaming u need to stand up from ur coach and get a modern PC, a Ryzen 5 or 7 with an RX 6000x or higher so, yeah i mean it can do more but emulation is more than enough for me with this PC
