bri have a controller which come with a usb bluetooth stick which means it is not directly connected to my pc's bluetooth but it is conected to its receiver stick and that stick is connected to my pc from usb port i think bcoz of controllers's stick ds4 is not detecting my controller i hope you got it

I got my controller to work through bluetooth however, whenever I shut down/restart my pc, I'm not able to reconnect my controller via bluetooth and I have to manually remove it from bluetooth devices and go through the pairing process again in order to get it working Is this normal?
