ps4 controller was working fine a couple days ago but now it doesn’t do anything even when it shows it’s connected and the light is flashing and it even gets turned off by itself a couple seconds later of not working br brI also went to device manager to check the problem and there is always a yellow symbol on bluetooth hid device even if I troubleshoot it the yellow symbols appears again and shows that it cant start br brI dont know what happened suddenly please help

The hard reset won't even work for me, it still starts my Playstation even tho I do exactly what you do in the beginning It's super frustrating and idk what to do about it, any suggestions? I wanna use the controller to use remote play, if that makes any difference I've downloaded that app and everything works except for the controller part It only wants to connect directly to my playstation /:
