I am a call center agent which for me is the worst high paying job Its stressfull Plus, I'm on a sales account I would like to motivate myself by thinking that being late or not coming to work would affect my salary therefore, would affect my expenses (I pay for my 2 sister's tuition fees) It would also affect the score of the team and would burden my supervisor But, 😥 all those motivations are not working I really don't have the willingness to go to work anymore Everytime I come to work, I feel like I'm in some place I shouldn't be Am I just being lazy and selfish?
