I searched how to overcome laziness and I got recommended this video and I can pretty much say that I didn't learn a thing from this video and most of the time when I need solutions and tap on Sadhguru video on YouTubehe talks everything but the caption written in the video description what a waste of timehe maybe a great guru but he definitely is not the exact answer/solution to my most of the questions/problems
