I have an ask I have very fine 3c to 4c hair My hair is always in braids or twists I deep condition every month I am gentle with hair However for years now every time i touch my hair there is too much hair shed Please make a video on what could cause extreme hair shedding and how to control it

I just ordered kaolin clay but had no idea I could wash my hair with it! Do you have a video for that? My hair tangles a lot so I’ve been keeping it cut but now I’m focused on length retention and I’m this close 🤏🏾 To either relaxing it or cutting it down to a twa 😩
