Very detailed Thank you! I also use (both) a leave-in conditioner (when available) and if I choose to use a regular conditioner as a leave-in, it works just as well! I also use a regular conditioner to deep condition when convenient It's all good 💯💇

Tbh, I hate when people say “dirty hair grows” That’s based on yt people’s standards, because most of them wash their hair daily But I do feel like some of us take that thought a bit too far

I've been wearing deep conditioners as leave ins I don't buy conditioners, only deep conditioners i also used to use OrS replenishing conditioner as a leave in which is basically a protein treatment I have fine high porosity hair so the stronger the product the better
