I had ALWAYS wanted/needed to lose 10-20-30 lbs over the decades I firmed up but never lost ANY until - INTERMITTENT FASTING - I was pretty fit and muscular as well as overweight so I never really tried to lose weight brWith no more effort than IF and eating reasonably I lost a very steady 45 lbs over 3 years and now weigh what I did 40 years ago!

I call bs 700lb lost in 6 months Not with diet alone, or even in conjuction with stomach surgery Only way is if they literally cut the fat from his body It takes about a 3500 calorie deficit to lose 1 lb 700lbs is about 25 million calories That would be about 410,000 calories per month or 13,500 calories per day burned in excess of consumption No way that is even remotely possible At 2 lbs per week after surgery a person would have to eat about 1000-1200 calories per day get 1 hr of activity and would take about 12 years to lose 1200lbs
