ive tried this idea of Proactive Behaviour but it didnt work, i forcefully went out with friends on walks multiple times, Forcefully go to the gym to exercise or Forcefully go out on my bike with the intention of feeling better but i dont feel better, sometimes i feel worse, Less FulfilledbrbrKinda sucks to get advice to do something you've already been kinda doing that didnt work Comment from : Magma |

I enjoy riding my motorcycle When depressed I don’t feel like riding but if I gather up the energy to gear up & push myself to get out and ride I slowly began enjoying the ride and feel somewhat better My spouse thinks riding helps me So your saying to basically do things I enjoy even if I’m depressed correct?
