I add around 1 spoon of black coffee, 1 spoon chocolate powder , 1 tea spoon creamer , 1 tea spoon sugar , 200 ml uht milk to my instant 3 in 1 to my 500 ml glass, and that's for 2 - 3 day i put on refrigerator And adding hot water on the 2nd day for extra drink brbrIs it safe ? I think so 😅

Yes it's convenient, especially for busy folks but somehow, it becomes impersonal, what I mean is you can no longer customize your coffee according to your personal taste So brewed coffee is better by far but it requires the luxury of time, something which most working people don't have One major concern is the quantity of sugar, which may be bad for people with health issues This is why, one cuppa is enough for the day

I use coffee maker with coarse type of coffee that needs to be filtered, and I also use stevia as sweetener I don't use creamer anymore If I want some creamer, I use milk instead For me it is more satisfying than 3 in 1 Most 3 in 1 is more of sugary/creamery taste which I no longer enjoy

Robusta beans which is cheaper and have higher caffeine and often use in 3 in 1 Black instant coffee often market to use 100 arabica which lower caffeine Also the gram of coffee use per g Therefore not all instant or 3in1 caffeine level is the same For best coffee, it is still a freshly grind and brew coffee Be it espresso, mokapot, aeropress, french press or drip still way better than 3 in 1
