I prefer plimsolls to trainers as you have more bendability I am not keen on rigid footwear I wear jeggings and they aren't hippy at all and maybe that is what would suit you more as no zips and no belt just pull on like leggings M&S are perfect for me and come up quite small I actually thought your white dress, socks and trainers looked great

I love things made in a forge and sadly mine shut down but there are others I have a grate made for me in a forge with a steel plate that I wanted rusted slightly to put candles on in a glass round shallow bowl It stands in a large red brick fireplace and it is the main feature of the room Forges should be a subject for you and Charlie to visit - they deserve recognition

I use 2 knives for cutting vegs and both are serrated I find that they cut through better I have never spent alot and they are fantastic One thing I cannot stand is blunt knives when you are working in the kitchen My family used to visit Savernake Forest near Marlborough when we lived near the Downs

The barefoot shoes are like that because our toes are supposed to be splayed out and not touching eachother! Years of wearing narrow-toed shoes makes them squash in together which is v bad Can have an impact on balance, and joints

The flowers in vases look so beautiful - very British bunches The San Mazarno tomatoes actually British grown I get from Lidl have to be the best I have ever tasted A lot are grown organically now and so tasty and sweet You can make chutney too with all that produce - autumn goodness

That is not a courgette that is a marrow and some people near me leave them out at the gate for passers by in a basket which is generous and kind Golden tomatoes and raspberries are lovely I have been blackberry picking and eating for 5 weeks now I am surprised you have not made syrups as they are lovely too to boost the immune system

Vevo makes their shoes with a wide toe box so that it gives room for all your toes to splay, which is apparently their most natural and useful state Mainstream sneaker brands tend to have a much smaller toe box and squishing the toes in is not good for your feet, especially if you are an athlete and need that solid connection with the ground

Hello my lovely… Ref jeans advice… Those are definitely too big for you and not the right shape for you The colour does look nice but you need to wear it with a pretty white shirt Try a slim fit slim leg full length Also a narrower belt It would look much better with booties I suggest the trainers look better with wide leg trousers or dresses ❤

Most shoes squish our toes, which is why most peoples' feet have been re-shaped in an unhealthy way The more sb wears Vivo's, the more the feet go back to their natural form that our feet are supposed to be, which is why the part for the big toe is shaped differently & quite wide

I wear Altra trainers as my gym shoes and their trail runners as my hiking/backpacking shoes They have the wider toe box as well It’s to allow for the spreading of your toes as you walk/run/exercise They have a neat graphic X-ray of their wide toe box vs say Nike standard toe box and it’s quite enlightening Foot binding? Our feet aren’t supposed to be pointy in the middle Barefoot shoes are the natural shape of our foot I wear barefoot shoes on the regular but they’re not some magical solution You also have to address how you walk and build up muscles that you may not have been using due to conventional shoes, otherwise you may end up injuring yourself

Our dog certainly has loads of places to chill (although sometimes it's more about frying!) Our rottie Vega has her basket, a blanket and a cooling matt in the living room, a blanket in the guest room (renamed Vega's room, as she uses it the most), a blanket in our bedroom, a blanket in the greenhouse (on cooler days only) and numerous ever changing spots on the floor following the path of the sun throughout the day (hence the frying) And if the cloth that goes under the Xmas tree is unoccupied by said tree for more than a few seconds, it's fair game, too

The olive dress was absolutely beautiful on you, the jeans looked great on too! I agree with you regarding shoes which are good for your feet (I personally live in trainers & Birkenstocks, when I'm not entirely barefoot) but you wouldn't be wearing your YSL trainers day in day out & they certainly won't be any worse for your feet than the Hermes sliders & mules that you wear a lot so I would just enjoy them, I do tend to wear no show sports socks with my trainers!
