Thanks for a great interview video, and also thank you to Smon Dixon for sharing his thoughts here Balancing pros and cons is the key to success - also for the small invester Because people needs to consider the risk of loosing money against the chance of making them There is no such thing as easy money that isn't turned into lost money just as easy - especially for newbies There is no easy way of learning how to ride a bicykle or learning skiing or something It will almost always hurt, unless you are carefull and do things slowly deciding in advance, how big the size of the wound one is willing to get in the process Thanks again, looking forward to the next show /Michael

2 thoughts: 1) These are investments for the world 2) The world is awash in fiat liquiditybrQuestions: The SEC protects the world from itself? How many "regulated" IPO's have you gotten in on? How many ICO'S? Is some country's failing fiat currency somehow safer than some new crypto-coin? Can I readily get Swiss Franc cash? (Gold and silver are starting to look better again - but how rigged are those markets?)brAnnouncement: I created a BRETA-coin on WAVES for fun, to maybe rent my boat with, etc Should I worry about the world-cop SEC? Do newbs need to be protected from BRETA-coin scaminess?

I'll answer the question as to why people spending lot of money don't scream about when they lose money and those that spend little do Its because the rich people have so much money, for them loosing that amount is no big deal, while people that have no money, when they lose the little bit they have, is a big dealbrbrThe fact you don't know why this is, as you said in the video, shows you don't understand anything how things actually work (how people work) and that rich people have too much money and spend it on fuck all, most stupid and meaningless shit because they can while the vast majority of people struggle because the system (ie Capitalism) is rigged and setup in such a way that by default, same as casinos, it works in favor of the rich (Capitalists)

Great video Adam Loved Simon's concise but clear description of how the funding process works for "normal" startups and how ICO's relate I do realize that Simon and BTTF has a dog in this race in that ICO's are eating into his business, but I cannot disagree with his assessment, the probability of regulators stepping in as he thinks And also, I agree that this may not necessarily be a bad thing It would mean MUCH less scammy projects and more money going to the ones that actually stand a chance of succeeding and creating something innovative
