Lol I'm still using fx8350 right now It is bottlenecking my 1080ti but still runs games New titles it definitely doesn't compete but they are playable I'm amazed how much any Ryzen processor offers in terms of upgrade compared to fx lineup Literally the worst Ryzen processor pretty much will double your FPS in alot of games

After using the FX 8350 for a long time i did the upgrade to ryzen 5 3600 and the most noticeable difference, besides the awesome performance, is the temperature in my room My cooling radiator inst even hot My room temperature gone down 2c, No more sauna gaming! <3

Не корректное сравнение, скорее всего в вартанте fx есть упор в узкое место это шина, так как в случаи с райзеном аидеокарта рабоьает на максимальной частоте а в случаи с fx частота видеокарты плавает отсюда и просадка fps

To be honest I feel like CPU usage is blown way out of proportion in most games these days Still seeing no more than about 50 usage on my 8350 even in recent (no older than 2 years) games Even games reported to be really CPU heavy, still don't go past 50 Most of the time, they aren't hitting more than 4 of my 8 cores Just proves that games still aren't multi-threaded very well

Note this video is 1080P which will help better show the differences in cpu performance Up to 1440 or 4k and the differences between the two cpus will become far less pronounced

I have the FX 8350, goes hard but I got a new monitor so ill be upgrading to get a decent amount of fps that matches the monitors 144 Hz I will be upgrading to Ryzen 5 3600 as it is not That expensive for that good of an upgrade

FX IS NOT A GOOD CPU ANYMOREbrGuys let's remember in this video both are paired with a 2080 TI just to show the maximum performance you can get from fx( and the bottleneck) In the real word no one will have this set up If you have FX, you are probably on a budget like me and are pairing it with an rx 570 or a 580 I used to play AC odyssey with that setup at medium settings at 24-30 fps at best, literally a console ran it better Not to mention the absurd heat, hence fan noise and the electricity bill

I still have a FX8350 but since I upgraded my GPU to a Vega64, the FX has become a huge bottleneck in modern gamesbrI already have ordered a Ryzen 5 3600 for 155€ to replace it, best bang for the buck :)

So it wasn't getting over a 100fps , even at 70fps that's still better than cinematic quality brJust make sure you have some decent cooling , it did look like it was putting a load on the CUP but other than that it still played brBetter comparison would be too see how each compares in an MMO environment

Let s make it short : If you have a 60hz/monitor it's still fine with a 144hz monitor with a 2060 or above car you need to upgrade I did it for a 4790k ( yes in 2020), so i could keep my ram
